Session fee policy
To avoid paying a cancellation fee, please provide more than 2 business days’ warning if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
When less than 2 business days’ notice is given for cancelled sessions 100% of the session fee will be charged.
Fees
Individual therapy sessions are $240 per 50 minute session.
Medicare rebates
Medicare rebates are available for psychological services provided under a Mental Health Care Plan. This Plan is completed by your General Practitioner (GP) or Psychiatrist and provides access to Medicare rebates for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.
Sessions with Michelle attract a rebate of $149.05 per session, leaving a gap fee of $90.95
Private health insurance rebates
You may be eligible for rebates with your private health insurance plan.
Please check with your insurance provider regarding your level of cover.
